  • Give priority to tasks during the workday to leave on time: The expert warned of a study that "showed that people who constantly work many hours get sick with a physical or psychological illness if they continue to work excessively"   
  • Check work on your phone only during working hours: That is, you should not "access your smartphone at night, nor on weekends, nor when you are on vacation to read emails".
  • Stay socially active: Try, in order to relax, advises the specialist, to organize "one night a week, maybe two nights a week, to go out to eat with someone you know, someone who is really important to you".
